hi guys, seen a couple of zetecs running ST170 manifolds, how hard are they to fit ie do ports line up and is there much benefit to say an Ashley one?

they are supposed to flow really well. better than any off the shelf manifold.
im going to get one next and mod it to fit.. they need a bit of work with the 2 into 1 section. i have some pics of jon langleys exhaust fitted to his mk2

I'm running a 2.0 in a mk4 Escort with front starter, if that has any effect?

Yeah you need a rear starter box to fit the st170 manifold

Yep my car has the ST170 manifold fitted , and with a front mount starter

I had it modified at Simons Custom Exhausts in East Kilbride, ( west of Scotland RSOC website sponsor) and he was easy to pay

Rosco give him a phone and tell him I recommended you, you might even get a wee discount too Wink
